The Phoenix Squadron is a small group of gamers who get together to have fun and just kill time on the MechWarrior 4 Series of Games. We are both a Vengeance and a Black Knight unit, as we play on both games, and will soon expand ourselves to the new 'Mech packs coming out this summer. The unit was originally the Explorer Mercenaries, commanded by GxyCmdr Alex/Kai . The idea for this unit reform started around June, and the decision was finally made by the commanding officer to disband the Explorers and form this.
We are not MSN Zone affiliated, nor do we, or will we ever belong to gaming leagues. (So, the answer is no to you people who want to fight us for ODL or BZ league slots, we aren't part of 'em, so go away. We play all of our games in ZoneMatch, (the Built-In multi player system in MechWarrior 4) on various servers and on ones of our own when we can get enough time away from lag. We play games ranging from Attrition and Team Attrition, to King of the Hill and even Siege Assault. Another thing, we do not cheat. Unlike TUA or Dope Clan, we do not take advantage of lag and/or use hacked 'Mechs. (Sorry 'Nami, But people on your unit DO cheat)

All members when they join are given a pass-phrase which identifies them as true members of the Unit. If anyone is a Phoenix Squadron Member for true, they will be able to tell you this pass-phrase. If they are not able to, you can be sure they are faking their membership in the Phoenix Squadron. Good Gaming, and GL to everyone out there.
